Visual Deployment Lead
As a Visual Deployment Lead, you'll serve as the functionality and technical expert on in-store projects and working both dayside and overnight shifts. You'll directly oversee projects including remodels, maintenance, installations and more. You'll be the main point of contact on site for 10 or more employees and multiple general contractors. You'll also oversee the ongoing follow up and inspection of work completed by project team workers. This role is critical for completing work at a high standard that Best Buy expects for its employees and customers.
What you'll do Inspect displays created by external vendors to maintain consistency and quality Maintain various store fixtures to uphold company appearance and standards Work with leadership to plan projects and conduct follow ups as needed Lead the deployment of special projects, seasonal displays and promotional campaigns Assemble displays by hand, following guidelines and instructions Work closely with project leaders, store managers, operations partners, training partners, and other team members
Basic qualifications 2 years of experience in leadership and employee development 2 years of experience in advanced troubleshooting and repair of electronic displays and other technical components 2 years of experience in technical fields or with merchandising functions Able to travel up to 75% of the year Able to lift objects up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation Must be eligible to qualify for and maintain a corporate credit card to book travel and submit business expenses for reimbursement
