Join us!<br>ork experience</p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities </span></b></p><ul><li>Assemble historical financial models using SEC filings, company conference calls, and press releases.</li><li>Conduct financial, statistical, and industry analysis on companies and the broader industry to support the investment thesis.</li><li>Research sector trends to support company and sector recommendations.</li><li>Prepare reports and primers on economies, markets, and industries.</li><li>Initiates and builds relationships with clients to develop a network of contacts relevant to the industry, country, or asset market covered.</li><li>Collaborate across products to broaden skill sets and enhance analysis supporting the investment thesis.</li><li>Develop weekly and other periodic reports and presentations for client distribution.</li><li>Continuously learn the fundamentals of the asset class or product covered by the team.</li><li>Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Required Skills & Experience</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Global Finance, Economics, or related: and</li><li>2 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.</li><li>Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:</li><li>Assisting in building and maintaining financial models for companies in the midstream oil & gas sector;</li><li>Conducting in-depth fundamental analysis using company financials, industry data, and macroeconomic data;</li><li>Writing and publishing sell-side research for an institutional investor client base;</li><li>Building relationships with key business partners including corporate management teams and institutional clients;</li><li>Developing and maintaining complex financial models to analyze company specific and macro trends; and,</li><li>Conducting research using Bloomberg and FactSet to analyze market data and competitive dynamics.</li></ul><p></p><p><span>If interested apply online at </span><a href="https://www.bankofamerica.com/careers" target="_blank"><span>www.bankofamerica.com/careers</span></a><span> or email your resume to </span><a href="mailto:bofajobs@bofa.com" target="_blank"><span>bofajobs@bofa.com</span></a><span> and reference the job title of the role and requisition number.</span></p><p></p><p>EMPLOYER: <span>BofA Securities, Inc.</span></p><p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: left;"><b>Shift:</b></p>1st shift (United States of America)<p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: left;"><b>Hours Per Week: </b></p>40<p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: left;"><b></b></p></div>
