The Learning & Development Program Coordinatoris responsible forcoordinating and executing the operational delivery of onboarding and enterprise learning programs. This role ensures seamlesslogistics, strong learner experiences, andaccurateadministration of L&D systems, content, and communications. The position plays a critical role in enabling scalable, high-quality learning across the organization. This is a remote position that reports to the Director, Learning and Development and is part of the Learning & Development team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Coordinate end-to-endlogisticsand execution for onboarding and enterprise learning programs, including scheduling, communications, materials, technology setup, and live session support.
Manage multiple learning programs and cohorts simultaneously bymaintainingproject plans, timelines, task trackers, andaccurateparticipant records.
Administer andmaintainL&D systems and content, including SharePoint pages, learning calendars, resources, and Learning Management System (LMS) assignments and reporting.
The essential requirements of the job include: Demonstratedexperience coordinating virtual and/or in-person learning programs or onboarding initiatives, including scheduling,logistics, and participant communications.
Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)usedfor program coordination, reporting, and content management.
Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, enrollments, completion tracking, and basic reporting.

The annual salary range for this role is$90,000 - 100,000.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
